Tech Onboarding & Support Specialist
Why join us DWF is recruiting for a Tech Onboarding & Support Specialist to join the Tech Onboarding & Support (Learning & Development) team which delivers consistent, accessible and engaging systems onboarding and training to colleagues across the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on supporting system adoption and continuous improvement.This will be a hybrid role. ResponsibilitiesYou will support the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of system training programmes, with a core focus on the finance system 3E, working closely with the wider Tech Onboarding & Support team and key stakeholders to identify training needs, evaluation opportunities and potential system or process improvements, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements across all global locations of DWF.You will design and deliver training content across multiple formats, including digital adoption content, e-learning, classroom and virtual sessions, documentation, guides, presentations and online courses, while taking ownership of specific training programmes and upskilling across others to reduce knowledge dependencies and support continuity.What will help you succeed in this role?
