You'll play a key role in defining technology roadmaps, influencing executive decision-making and leading high-impact client engagements.What You'll Be DoingLeading complex strategy engagements and managing project teams across multiple workstreams.Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership teams.Advising organisations on how technology can support broader business objectives and transformation agendas.Developing technology strategies, target operating models and long-term transformation roadmaps.Identifying opportunities to improve performance, drive growth and enhance service delivery through technology.Creating business cases and investment strategies to support major technology initiatives.Contributing to thought leadership, market insights and industry-focused propositions.Supporting business development activity, proposal creation and client relationship management.Mentoring consultants and helping develop high-performing project teams.What We're Looking ForExperience delivering technology strategy, digital transformation or business transformation programmes.Previous exposure to Health, Public Sector or broader Government-focused environments.Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their practical business applications.Experience supporting large-scale technology or operating model transformation initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.Proven leadership experience managing project teams and client engagements.Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting growth and business development activities.Why Join This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth consulting team working on some of the most complex and impactful transformation programmes across the public sector landscape.
