Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an emerging leader to fulfil the role of Band 7 ward manager for The Coleman Unit & Adult Day Surgery Unit at RNOH fast-paced unitAs the ward manager for The Coleman Unit & Adult Day Surgery Unit, you will lead a skilled nursing team, work closely with the matron and be part of a large specialist multidisciplinary team. We have an international reputation for providing high quality care to all our patients in different specialities.You will need initiative, energy, tenacity, imagination and empathy to fulfil this demanding role. As a specialist centre, we ensure that all our wards have good staffing levels and our ward managers are supervisory to practice. The post holder will be expected:To demonstrate digital competence and actively contribute to the Trust's digital strategy.
