Applause IT are hiring an IT Support Engineer with 2nd / 3rd line and project work experience in a Microsoft / Azure cloud hosted environment for a successful and expanding Cloud Solutions Consultancy in Oxford. The consultancy help these organisations improve their operational and strategic capabilities through increasing their digital and innovative potential and realising their aspirations.

The IT Support Engineer will work alongside the small but growing function to deliver support to teams of remote users and a number of office locations here in the UK - based primarily in Surrey and Oxfordshire. Alongside your strong technical skills, you should also be confident in communicating with 3rd party suppliers and collaborating with external IT service providers in order to deliver first class customer service.

The successful IT Support Engineer will have:

• 5+ years experience supporting end users in a Microsoft-based environment
• Experience managing an environment built using Azure AD, Intune and MDM with Office 365
• Strong desktop hardware support experience - onboarding new desktop / laptop equipment and troubleshooting failures / issues.]
• Previous support experience with home internet connections; Wi-Fi, routers etc.
• Demonstrable skills managing and collaborating with 3rd party suppliers of infrastructure and IT services
• A professional attitude and strong communication skills - should have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business - from CEO to technical support colleagues
