We’re hiring an AWS Support Engineer to join a high-performing managed services team responsible for keeping customer-facing AWS platforms secure, stable, and highly available.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving production issues, improving cloud operations, and owning service reliability in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Supporting live AWS production environments

✔ Managing incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis

✔ Maintaining monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks

✔ Supporting infrastructure changes and release activity

✔ Driving platform security, IAM controls, and compliance standards

✔ Working across distributed teams in a global support model

✔ Helping improve operational resilience and service stability

Tech stack:

• AWS | EC2 | RDS | S3 | VPC | EKS | ElastiCache
• Terraform / CloudFormation / Ansible
• Linux
