Job Title: Senior C# Developer
Location: Crewe (Hybrid – Home & Office)
We are hiring for a Senior C# Developer for an ambitious, forward-thinking global business providing transformative solutions in sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology.

The Role:
As a Senior C# Developer within the Fuel Solutions team, you'll help design, build, and support a range of software using modern .NET technologies. You'll be working on new systems, enhancing existing applications, and providing support for internal and external users when needed.
A key focus will be on deployment and containerisation , so experience with Docker and Kubernetes is essential. You'll contribute to building microservices, integrating external APIs, and ensuring the smooth deployment of scalable applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new features in a microservices architecture.
- Write and document services that integrate with external APIs.
- Maintain and enhance existing web and microservices-based systems.
- Manage deployments using Docker, Docker-Compose, and Kubernetes.
- Write and maintain NuGet packages.
- Develop unit and integration tests.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of commercial C# development experience.
- Strong background in .NET Core and Web APIs.
- Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Strong SQL skills and experience with ORM tools (Entity Framework, Linq2DB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Knowledge of CQRS, RESTful APIs, and NuGet package management.
- Understanding of socket programming (TCP/IP) and encryption principles.
- Experience using Git in an Agile, continuous delivery environment.
