ServiceNow Product Manager

North West Based Enterprise Level Critical National Infrastructure Organisation requires a ServiceNow Product Manager who can provide product and platform leadership supported by a product team including technical product owner and architecture expertise.

Ideal Candidate description

  • Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication, able to challenge with credibility and business partner effectively.
  • Partner with other Product Managers to face off into the Organisation
  • Knowledge across platform with at lease knowledge in two of the following areas - HR, CSM, ITSM, IRM, BCM, H&S, SPM, NowAssist
  • Evangelise with pragmatism, regarding the role that ServiceNow can play for the organisation.
  • Strong commercial mindset - Internally to support cost of delivery, and externally to drive value from the ServiceNow contract

  • ServiceNow platform leadership
  • Platform architecture understanding (key patterns, integrations, data, security)
  • Risk & controls mindset (audit evidence, compliance, security-by-design)
  • Governance & decision-making (standards, guardrails, pragmatic exceptions)
  • Delivery collaboration (Agile ways of working, enabling teams without blocking)

Key Activities:

  • Define Platform Strategy, Roadmap & Technical Direction
  • Lead Continuous Improvement & Platform Performance Optimisation
  • Platform Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Vendor Management - Driving value from ServiceNow contract, managing licensing, and implementation partners
  • Support Release, Environment & Lifecycle Management
  • Support Security, Risk, Compliance & Audit Readiness
