This is being offered as two options; fully remote, or for those who prefer some office time - the office is based in Central Manchester.

A truly great opportunity for a Ruby on Rails Developer looking to continue to grow in your skillset as well as add value with your current experience. We have a long pipeline of work and now need to add to the team in order to deliver at pace and *without* sacrificing quality.
We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer to join a collaborative and supportive team. You will join a team of Software Engineers (Ruby on Rails) - working on API, Microservices and data driven products and services that continue to thrive and adopted by new customers.
You will be helping to scale an already successful business with great visibility where your input will be recognised, with the opportunity to drive key improvements, learn more, develop new features in a quality test-focused Software engineering team.
The Role:
· Hands on Development with Ruby on Rails, some basic JavaScript, Unit Tests and keen to work with software engineering best practice
· Work directly and collaboratively with the other Software Engineers (Ruby on Rails Developers) as well as a supportive Engineering Manager, CTO and Leadership Team - always open to ideas and listening to you
· Future projects will also be focused around Cloud Adoption and DevOps (If interested, as a pure Dev focus is equally great), and possibly the opportunity to pick up Frontend work.
· Comfortable taking ownership in a small, and growing, software engineering team.
