I'm working with United Learning to find a permanent IT Graduate for Albion Academy in Salford. You'll be part of a small, friendly on-site team supporting staff and students with day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

No previous school or IT support experience needed-just a relevant degree, a passion for tech, and great people skills.

Important:

• £24,000+ salary
• 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri (8:00-16:00, with some flexibility)

Duties:

• First-line IT support for staff and students
• Diagnosing and fixing hardware/software issues
• Supporting devices, classroom AV, and network systems
• Assisting with system updates, backups, and security
• Escalating more complex issues when needed

To apply you'll need:

• A recent IT degree (UK university)
• GCSEs in English and Maths
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident using:
• Windows 11
• Microsoft Office and 365 (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Basic networking (e.g. printers, user accounts)
• AV equipment in classrooms
• Friendly, organised, and a good team player
• Keen to keep learning and improving
• A commitment to safeguarding and data security
