As the firm enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking a Partner-level candidate with an established pipeline of opportunities who can utilise Appold’s infrastructure, expertise, and delivery team as the platform through which client mandates are originated and executed to institutional-grade standards.
The Role:
We are seeking a Partner-level individual with existing client relationships and active opportunities to join the firm and support its continued expansion. Your primary responsibility will be revenue generation and business development, with a particular focus on introducing Appold’s blockchain, governance, audit, operational resilience, and risk advisory services into your sector network.
You will act as a senior representative of the firm, engaging directly with senior decision-makers, while working closely with Appold's delivery team to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
This role is intended for someone who understands partnership-led growth models and is looking to co-build the next stage of Appold within defined niche market sectors, rather than operate within a fully built corporate structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and lead new client relationships across a sector or network.
- Introduce Appold’s advisory services into institutional, protocol and regulated environments.
- Manage senior client conversations from initial engagement through to mandate execution.
- Work with the founders on growth strategy and market expansion.
- Represent Appold externally at client engagements, conferences, events, and industry forums.
- Support the development of repeat and recurring revenue opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- A proven track record in revenue generation and client origination with people management experience.
- Existing network within a defined sector (such as financial services, insurance, law, fintech, capital markets, defence or adjacent fields).
- Comfortable selling high-value advisory and consulting services focused on measurable client outcomes.
- Commercially minded, self-directed, and outcome-focused with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
- An interest in blockchain, digital assets, and emerging technology infrastructure.
Direct blockchain experience is helpful but not essential; sector credibility and commercial capability are more important.
