You will deliver both face-to-face and virtual classroom sessions, embedding modern learning pedagogy, digital tools, and interactive approaches to maximise engagement. You will collaborate closely with the curriculum design team to develop, refine, and continuously improve programme content, ensuring it reflects industry best practice and cutting-edge BA applications.

The ideal candidate will have commercial industry experience, strong digital/AI literacy, and proven ability to train and inspire learners.

  • Bring BA concepts to life through case studies, examples, and real workplace context
  • Embed future-focused tools, techniques and industry developments into delivery
  • Support scenario-based learning, problem-solving and applied project work

Employer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work with employers to contextualise learning to real business challenges
  • Act as a trusted BA skills advisor — helping organisations adopt BA responsibly and productively
  • Provide programme feedback to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement

  • Familiarity with project-based learning, portfolios, and workplace coaching
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, prompt engineering, and automation tools
  • Understanding of Ofsted/ESFA expectations for apprenticeship delivery
