Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-volume, high-availability systems, ideally within eCommerce or transaction-heavy platforms.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, and API-driven microservice architectures.
  • Deep understanding of Azure Cloud services — App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Application Insights, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Extensive experience with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB, including partitioning, indexing, and throughput optimization.
  • Solid grasp of event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, and distributed system design patterns.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
  • Strong understanding of application performance tuning, caching (Redis, Azure Cache for Redis), and load balancing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience mentoring developers and leading cross-functional or distributed teams.
  • Exposure to GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development, and cloud cost optimization is a plus.
