Senior ServiceNow DeveloperIn this role you will be responsible for building high-quality, maintainable solutions using best-practice patterns. This role will balance speed of delivery with long-term sustainability and will operate with a high degree of autonomy.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platformConfigure core capabilities (eg ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, EC/Portals, workflows, flows, catalog, integrations, ITOM etc.)Build reusable, scalable components using out-of-the-box functionalityMinimise customisation and avoid introducing technical debtDevelop and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems)Work closely with architects to align on design standards and guardrailsTroubleshoot and resolve platform issuesContribute to documentation and knowledge sharingRequired ExperienceStrong hands-on ServiceNow development experienceExperience across multiple modules (not limited to one area)Advanced Scripting capability (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer)Experience building integrations and working with APIsSolid understanding of CMDB and data structuresProven ability to deliver independently in a senior capacityServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - desirableData foundations - mandatoryKey AttributesDelivery-focused and practicalAvoids over-engineeringComfortable operating as a senior developer in a small teamThis role will be remote with occasional travel to UK client site(s) and will fall Inside IR35.
