Process Engineer

A company specializing in containerized effluent treatment systems using advanced separation technologies and electrocoagulation is seeking a field-based Process Engineer.  

The role involves:

• Visiting client sites throughout the UK, with occasional international travel.  

• Maximizing efficiencies and ensuring the continuous operation of treatment systems through installation, integration, training, and servicing.  

• Following service schedules, problem-solving, and identifying opportunities for growth.  

• Managing engineering resources and maintenance systems to deliver optimal installation and performance.  

• Installation, calibration, and maintenance of process instrumentation, including sensors, transmitters, and control valves.

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with automated control systems (PLCs, SCADA) and instrumentation loops.

• Ensuring accurate data acquisition and reporting from instrumentation to optimize treatment processes.

The successful candidate should have:

• A degree in an engineering discipline.  

• Experience in an engineering role.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• The ability to plan and execute projects.  

• The ability to prioritize workload and manage pressure.  

• A full, valid UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK.
