Job Description:

Account Executive – Transformational Team

As an Account Executive within our Transformational Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of some of our largest and most strategically important clients. You will:

  • Manage and develop executive-level relationships, helping clients maximise value from their existing investments while identifying and growing opportunities for new client's technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Solution Consultants, Enterprise Architects, Digital Strategy, Marketing, Inside Sales, and others.
  • Lead client engagement, establish a clear value framework, manage communications with C-level executives, and facilitate strong relationships
  • Generate net-new revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely with Partners, Consulting teams, and Solution Consultants (SCs).
  • Build and leverage customer references, success stories, and value metrics across industry verticals and market segments.
  • Drive marketing and PR initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Demonstrate strong solution-selling capabilities and a consultative sales approach.

Skills & Experience

What you need to succeed

  • Proven enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience selling into global enterprise organisations, with the ability to articulate a strong point of view (POV), demonstrate value realisation, and secure multi-million-pound, multi-year agreements.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and market share objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to executive, VP, and C-level stakeholders, ideally CMOs and Digital Leaders.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled solution seller with a proven ability to develop mutually beneficial business proposals.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
  • Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and results-focused.
