You will empower senior leaders across HR and the business with critical insights, transforming raw data into actionable strategies that enhance employee experience and business performance. What You'll Do:

  • Architect and develop highly informative and impactful analytical solutions using leading analytical technologies.
  • Empower partners by enabling them to effectively access, interpret, and utilize curated insights from analytical products.
  • Focus on optimizing key dashboards and analytical tools to provide deep understanding of organizational health and employee sentiment.
  • Proactively offer guidance based on insights, identifying and suggesting opportunities for strategic actions.
  • Integrate insights seamlessly into partners' daily workflows using advanced experience platforms, ensuring relevance and immediate impact.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of analytical products and insights, iterating on dashboards, reports, and visualizations to maximize their intended impact.
  • Develop a comprehensive product and support portfolio strategy, grounded in internal customer needs, and articulate the "art of the possible" in people analytics.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to provide dedicated support to your partners.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong professional experience with a strong focus on products, analytics, and people data.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale analytical projects.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business operations and how data informs people and strategic goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic visions into impactful plans, synthesizing large and diverse datasets (e.g., employee data, qualitative and quantitative survey data) into compelling executive summaries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of people data sources, technology systems, and analytical methods.
  • A technical mindset, comfortable with rapidly learning new technologies and applying them to support strategic initiatives.
  • Self-starter attitude, driven and empowered to pursue ambitious goals.
  • A strong focus on quality and a passion for accuracy, recognizing the critical nature of data for business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and enablement skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences, summarizing insights effectively, and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Effective teamwork practices, thriving in collaborative environments that value feedback and diverse ideas.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with leading reporting, dashboarding, and data discovery tools.
  • Prior data science and/or analyst experience.
  • Understanding of employee survey strategy, qualitative analysis, and employee sentiment.
