Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Demand Generation Marketing Manager for the UKI region. In this role, you will lead a wide range of outbound and inbound marketing programmes aimed at generating qualified leads and supporting pipeline growth. You will work closely with regional campaign teams to deliver digital campaigns, email nurturing, webinars, content syndication, ABM initiatives and other activities that drive demand and move prospects through the funnel.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong project management skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation programmes across digital campaigns, email nurturing, webinars, content syndication, ABM and other tactics.
  • Drive qualified leads and contribute to pipeline targets across the UKI region.
  • Collaborate closely with regional campaign teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work in partnership with sales to ensure alignment on campaign plans, lead follow-up and revenue goals.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Track, analyse and report on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution of events, webinars, partner marketing initiatives and customer engagement programmes.
  • Contribute to the development of online advertising, sponsorships, target account marketing and other marketing activities.

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in B2B technology enterprise marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering pipeline targets through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organisation, collaborating across multiple sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with sales teams to drive shared goals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign efficiency.
  • Experience managing a wide range of marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, digital campaigns and partner activities.
  • Proficiency with marketing software such as Marketo, Drift, Salesforce, ON24 , and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.

Education

  • BA/BSc degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
