Job Description:
The Field Marketing senior lead will own field marketing strategy and execution for the UKI Financial Services market, driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact across priority Customer and Net New target accounts. The role acts as the single-threaded marketing lead for FSI, orchestrating cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across events, digital, content, PR, partner marketing, and sales to deliver integrated, revenue-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own field marketing strategy and execution
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive field marketing plan for the [UKI FSI] market, aligned to regional and global priorities and focused on pipeline creation and acceleration.
Drive demand generation and pipeline growth
Plan and execute high-impact field programs (events, campaigns, ABM/ABX plays, partner-led motions, executive engagements) to generate, progress, and accelerate pipeline
Act as the single-threaded marketing lead for the market
Coordinate and align extended Marketing teams (field, persona, digital, content, PR, partner marketing, customer advocacy programs) into a cohesive, revenue-driven go-to-market motion for UKI FSI.
Partner closely with Sales leadership
Work hand-in-hand with FSI Sales leaders and account teams to understand territory objectives, account plans, and coverage models, ensuring marketing investments directly support target accounts, key opportunities, and pipeline gaps.
Lead events and customer engagement programs
Manage end-to-end planning and execution of field events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and customer programs, from brief and positioning through to logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
Orchestrate cross-functional GTM initiatives
Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, digital, PR, and partner teams to localise messaging, develop impactful content, and ensure consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.
Partner and channel marketing
Work with key partners to design and execute joint marketing initiatives that expand reach, drive pipeline, and support co-selling motions within the FSI ecosystem.
Market insight and performance analysis
Use market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and program design. Track, measure, and report on program performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics, using data to optimise and scale what works and to maximise impact, engagement and future planning
Team and stakeholder relationships
Provide clear direction to internal teams and external vendors/agencies, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand execution.
Required Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles, ideally within enterprise technology/SaaS
Proven track record of designing and delivering marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales teams and operating in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Skills and capabilities
Strong strategic and analytical thinker, able to translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and measurable KPIs.
Excellent project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Leadership.
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on, from planning to execution and performance analysis.
