Job Description:

This is a fast-paced, EMEA-focused coordination role within a leading global technology company, supporting initiatives across marketing measurement and advertising effectiveness.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple European markets to ensure projects related to Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) are effectively tracked, delivered on time, and continuously improved.

This is a technical and operational role with a strong focus on coordination, analytics, and process optimisation rather than hands-on model implementation.

Key Responsibilities

MMM Data Platform Integration & Partner Onboarding

  • Support the onboarding and integration of partners into MMM data platforms
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution of integration activities

Project & Programme Coordination

  • Track the progress of MMM-related projects across EMEA markets
  • Maintain accurate project trackers and dashboards, ensuring visibility on status, risks, and timelines
  • Proactively identify delays, gaps, or blockers and escalate to relevant stakeholders

Training & Capability Building

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of training sessions for internal teams
  • Help build internal capability across MMM and measurement practices

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain and update reporting frameworks to track key metrics and project performance
  • Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
  • Support the development of scalable tools, dashboards, or automation solutions

Success Story Capture & Amplification

  • Document and share examples of successful MMM implementations and impact across the organisation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in a technical, analytical, or partner-facing role (flexible depending on profile)
  • Experience within large technology companies or digital advertising ecosystems is highly desirable
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, measurement, or analytics (experience with MMM is advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience with data handling, reporting, and dashboarding; familiarity with SQL or similar tools is beneficial
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed, international teams
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment

Additional Information

  • This is primarily an internal-facing role with limited external stakeholder interaction
  • Experience with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g. spreadsheets, email, chat platforms) and AI tools is advantageous
  • Additional European language skills are a plus
  • Immediate availability is strongly preferred

This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates before Monday 20th April. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually. If you have not received a response, please assume that you have not been selected for progression to the next stage of the hiring process.
