We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager with strong experience in business development, partnership management, and commercial strategy. In this role, you will own and develop high-value relationships with app developers, measurement partners, and digital ecosystem stakeholders. You will negotiate commercial agreements, scale existing partnerships, and enable revenue growth across a fast-paced and evolving environment. Working closely with product, legal, sales, and operations teams, you will help deliver exceptional partner outcomes and support long-term strategic success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including onboarding, account planning, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing partnership development.
  • Lead negotiations and support contracting, working closely with legal teams to review, draft, and refine commercial and licensing documents.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies, identifying new opportunities, evaluating potential partners, and conducting market and competitive analysis.
  • Support app developers and measurement partners in maximising performance, unlocking growth opportunities, and improving revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to address partner needs and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance by analysing data, generating insights, building forecasts, and reporting on key commercial metrics.
  • Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management, ensuring effective engagement with internal teams and external partners.
  • Work autonomously, using your own initiative to drive strategic projects and manage multiple priorities.
Required Skills (Must-Haves)
  • Significant experience in business development or partnership management within a commercial, digital, or technology-focused environment (7+ years preferred).
  • Demonstrated negotiation and contracting experience, including the ability to work with legal teams to review, draft, and refine commercial documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders and third-party partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to enable revenue through effective partnership development.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, including Search, Display, Video, and/or Connected TV (CTV).
  • Experience with mobile app monetisation or ad-based business models (e.g., mediation platforms, developer tools, revenue optimisation).
  • Exposure to audience measurement partners such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, or Ipsos.
  • Professional experience in management consulting and/or investment banking, demonstrating comfort in analytical decision-making and high-pressure environments.
  • Experience working with third-party measurement partners and managing licence renewals.
Additional Competencies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple concurrent projects with minimal oversight.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, including senior-level interaction.
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to get hands-on with emerging initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • A strategic, commercially focused mindset.
  • A proactive working style and the confidence to operate autonomously.
  • A passion for building meaningful, long-term partnerships.
  • The ability to deliver results in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (does not need to be a first language).
