Job Description:

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Technical Support / Partner Integration Specialist to join a customer-facing technology team. This role will suit someone with strong web technology knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners and customers.
  • Read, understand, and analyse code to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support partner implementations and integrations across web-based platforms.
  • Debug and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customer teams.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and relationship management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluent Japanese language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
  • Ability to read and understand code.
  • Experience supporting partner or customer implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
  • Good understanding of web technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in technical support, solutions engineering, implementation support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience working with APIs or web integrations would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with modern web application environments is beneficial.
