Business Analyst with Avaloq experience is required by leading financial services organisation. You will join their Change Management Office and support a wide range of regulatory, strategic, and technology change projects within a fast-paced wealth management setting.

You'll contribute to end-to-end project delivery, working closely with project managers, IT teams, and specialists to deliver improvements across platforms, processes, and client services. The position offers strong exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business analysis activities from requirements gathering to solution design and UAT.
• Produce clear documentation and insights to support decision-making.
• Work with IT and SMEs to shape effective technical and business solutions.
• Monitor project progress and communicate risks and issues.
• Prepare polished presentations and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Help drive collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

• Experience delivering change in financial services.
• Knowledge of end-to-end wealth management processes.
• Practical experience with Avaloq modules and transformation projects.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-focused, and organised approach.
• Power Platform skills are an advantage.
