CRM Team Assistant

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy and eager to kickstart a career in CRM or financial technology?

We’re looking for a CRM Team Assistant to join a global financial services organisation with offices in the heart of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on Salesforce and CRM experience working within a high-functioning team. Within this role you’ll support their CRM team with data management, system administration, reporting and day-to-day user support. In return, you’ll receive the training, exposure and encouragement to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time.

This role would ideally suit a recent university or college leaver or someone looking to move into a tech/data focused role.

Please note, this role is initially full-time office based with the potential to move to hybrid working after training. This is a temporary role for 3 months with the potential to extend.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining high-quality data in Salesforce through data entry, cleansing, and validation.
• Supporting large-scale data management projects across client and prospect records.
• Providing administrative support to the CRM team, including documentation and process tracking.
• Creating reports and dashboards to help business users and senior management.
• Acting as first-line support for CRM queries from internal teams.
• Working alongside CRM Analysts and Administrators on system improvements and new rollouts.
• Taking ownership of tasks and developing the confidence to work independently.

What we’re looking for

• Strong computer literacy and confidence working with data.
• Some experience with Excel, reporting tools, or data management (Salesforce knowledge is a bonus, not a must).
• Exceptional attention to detail – accuracy is key when handling large datasets.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative team.
