Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions? Have you previously worked in Insurance? We’re looking for a talented individual to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking team at an exciting time of digital investment and innovation.

In this newly created role within an insurance MGA, you will play a vital part in shaping and developing the Management Information (MI) and reporting function, with the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key liaison between the MI team and a wide range of business stakeholders.
  • Gather, define, and prioritise reporting requirements from senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Lead a defined area within a large-scale data transformation project aimed at significantly enhancing the MI function's reporting capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and communicate these effectively via Azure DevOps, email, and face-to-face.
  • Champion and promote an enhanced workflow process to improve consistency and service delivery within the MI team.
  • Establish strong communication channels to ensure transparency and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and senior stakeholders.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (MI Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Insights Analyst, etc.)
  • Experience working in Insurance, ideally London Market
  • Knowledge of insurance principles, products, and services
  • Comfortable working with SQL, Power BI, and Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools)
  • Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly way
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Organised, efficient, and methodical in your approach
  • Collaborative team player with a self-starting attitude
  • Customer-focused problem solver with excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities
