Manual Test Analyst - £45k-£60k DOE

Are you an experienced Manual Tester looking for your next challenge? We’re searching for a skilled Test Analyst to join a friendly, collaborative development team within a well-established organisation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple products used by customers nationwide.

In this role, you will be involved in quality assurance throughout the full software development lifecycle, designing and executing manual tests, validating requirements, and working closely with developers and business teams to ensure features are delivered to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing, designing, and executing manual test cases
• Carrying out cross-browser and cross-platform testing
• Performing manual regression testing
• Logging and tracking defects through to resolution
• Analysing and refining requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Defining clear acceptance criteria
• Working with developers to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are fully met

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in a manual testing or similar QA role
• Strong experience with cross-browser, exploratory, and mobile testing
• Familiarity with Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
• Good SQL skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of UX principles
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and suggest improvements
