Senior Systems Engineer

Senior Support Engineer (SQL)West Sussex6-month Contract, Outside IR35, Circa £325/day  Very successful manufacturing company located in West Sussex seeking a knowledgeable Support Engineer with strong proficiency in SQL and ERP software.  Responsibilities and Duties:

• You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure which includes but is not limited to office computers, networks, Servers, and security systems.
• Creating & maintaining SQL-based reports to provide valuable insights into organizational data.
• Collaborating with various departments to understand reporting requirements.
• Designing efficient SQL queries and producing accurate and visually appealing reports.
• Proactively providing IT & technical support to all staff internally. Managing and maintaining internal databases.

    Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support
• Highly proficient in SQL and ERP software
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience with Crystal Reports.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
