We're looking for a delivery-focused Software Project Manager to join a complex transformation programme.

Must-have: Strong experience in Claims or Reinsurance

What we're looking for...

Someone who:

• Drives delivery and holds teams accountable for outcomes
• Creates clear visibility of progress, delays, and quality (including testing)
• Has led defect management and resolution
• Understands team capacity and actively optimises it
• Actively improves collaboration and delivery practices
• Has strong experience across SDLC and application/system modernisation
• Is comfortable working in cloud environments (eg Azure)
• Has used tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint
