Arc Simulations is building a world-first cricket ball tracking and analytics system. We combine advanced hardware, embedded sensors and real-time software to give players, coaches and fans unprecedented insight into performance.

Our technology is already being used by elite professional players and leading training centres, and we're now scaling fast. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape the core platform of a product redefining how cricket is trained, analysed and understood.

The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer (3+ years experience) with a strong frontend focus to help build and evolve our core web applications and data visualisation platform.

You'll be working primarily in Vue.js on rich, interactive interfaces, while also contributing across the stack in Node.js, Express, MongoDB and Python. You'll be close to the product, close to the data, and close to the impact – seeing your work used by top-level athletes and the wider cricket community.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a small, ambitious team where your work will directly shape the product.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining complex, high-performance frontend applications in Vue.js
• Developing APIs and backend services using Node.js, Express and MongoDB
• Working with Python for data processing, analytics pipelines and internal tools
• Creating data visualisations and interactive tools for performance analysis
• Collaborating closely with hardware, data and product teams to turn sensor data into usable insight
• Contributing to architectural decisions and helping shape our engineering best practices

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years professional experience as a software engineer
• Strong experience with Vue.js (or similar modern frameworks) and modern frontend development
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Express and MongoDB
• Experience working with Python (data, scripting or backend services)
• Comfortable working across the stack and owning features end-to-end
• A product mindset – you care about how things are used, not just how they're built
• Bonus (not required): experience with real-time data, WebSockets, Three.js, sports tech, or data visualisation
