Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS provider in the FinTech space, delivering secure, cloud-based platforms to a global customer base. With rapid growth and increasing demand for resilience, scalability, and compliance, they are investing heavily in their infrastructure team.

About the Role

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure across hybrid environments. You’ll work closely with IT Ops and Engineering teams to ensure the platform remains resilient, compliant, and ready to scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) alongside on-prem systems
• Drive automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Manage core services: networking, identity, storage, monitoring, and backup
• Support security and compliance initiatives (firewalls, endpoint, IAM, patching)
• Collaborate with IT Ops and Engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Contribute to disaster recovery, resilience, and governance planning

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Microsoft Azure or AWS (multi-cloud experience a plus)
• Solid understanding of networking (DNS, VPN, firewalls, routing)
• Proven experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, etc.)
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments
• Exposure to infra-aligned security (SIEM, endpoint protection, identity management)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
