DIGITAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE LEVEL 3
We are looking for a Digital Support Technician Apprentice to join our IT Team contributing to successful and effective IT Services across the school. The successful candidate will be working within a busy IT office undertaking a varied range of duties.
Role
- Under direction / instruction contribute to the delivery of an effective ICT support service throughout the school to respond to identified need
- Ensure continuity of service
- Achieve planned reporting objectives and deadlines
Training
- You will join the School Network Manager to form a two person team.
- The role is varied and training will include on the job alongside the apprenticeship qualification.
There is no guarantee of a role at the end of this apprenticeship, however, the school is currently in an expansion programme and we are planning for our permanent staffing structure to increase.
