Business Analyst
My client a growing consultancy requires multiple Business Analysts to join their consulting team. The successful candidates will work closely with clients to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and subject matter experts to support project delivery.
- Analyse data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in change management activities including process documentation, training, and user adoption.
- Ensure solutions delivered meet client objectives and business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years plus of post-graduate experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions.
- Experience working on digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar business analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
