Overview
We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Infrastructure Analyst to join a technology operations team responsible for maintaining and improving a large-scale Microsoft Windows environment.
This role focuses on endpoint management, software deployment, automation, performance optimisation, and operational support across a large enterprise estate. The successful candidate will work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure a stable, secure, and efficient endpoint environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Windows endpoint estate
- Deliver software rollouts across large numbers of devices
- Package, deploy, and upgrade applications
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell
- Support endpoint monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling
- Coordinate and support large-scale software upgrades
- Benchmark, troubleshoot, and improve system performance
- Maintain a consistent and secure endpoint baseline
- Support patching, provisioning, and vulnerability remediation activities
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
Required Experience
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments
- Windows Server 2016–2025
- SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Intune / Endpoint Manager
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Active Directory administration
- Software packaging and deployment
- CI/CD and automation practices
- Git version control
- Performance troubleshooting and optimisation
- Vulnerability management and patching
- Server and workstation diagnostics and support
- Understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments

- VMware vSphere and Horizon
- Azure Automation and Log Analytics
- Ansible
- Linux administration or support
- Client access infrastructure (PCoIP)
- Desired State Configuration (DSC)
Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an infrastructure or operational support role
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Experience supporting large-scale endpoint estates
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
