The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing strong client relationships
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality IT professionals
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Maintaining constant market awareness
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in the UK, Europe, Middle East or USA
- Demonstrable success in placing Technology talent
- Proven billing history and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
