We are working with a dynamic and growing company based in Alcester. They are looking for a tech-savvy warehouse professional to take the reins on an exciting project to implement and optimise their stock management system.
Working exclusively on this dedicated project, you’ll be the go-to person for setting up the JobLogic stock module, bringing order and automation to a busy warehouse operation.

What Will be the Day-to-Day Responsibilities for this Stock Systems Coordinator Role?
- Accurately label and code around 550 parts and products, ensuring seamless integration into the stock system.
- Add new items and update existing entries within JobLogic to maintain a reliable and up-to-date inventory.
- Define minimum and maximum stock levels to support efficient stock control and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Automate weekly purchase order reports, streamlining procurement and improving operational efficiency.
- Lay the foundation for nationwide stock tracking, enabling future visibility of inventory across engineers’ vans.
What You’ll Need for our Stock System Coordinator:
- Solid grasp of warehouse operations, including goods-in and goods-out processes.
- Confident using stock management systems—experience with JobLogic is a major plus.
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for streamlining systems and improving workflows.
- Self-motivated and capable of owning a project from start to finish, working independently to deliver results.
