VP of Sales
Ardeo Search has been appointed to search for a VP of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer at a fast-growing energy technology business. This is a rare opportunity to be the commercial leader at a company that's genuinely changing how flexible energy assets are monetised across global power markets.

The opportunity
You'll report directly to the CEO, own revenue growth end-to-end, and grow a sales organisation. You'll write the playbook to enable growth.
The platform sits at the intersection of software, optimisation, and energy market access — helping IPPs, Gen-Tailers, and utilities unlock value from their flexible assets. The deals are complex, multi-stakeholder, and high-value. The sales cycle rewards genuine expertise, not pitch decks.
What you'll do
- Define and execute GTM strategy across priority segments and geographies
- Lead complex enterprise deals with trading, commercial, and C-suite stakeholders
- Build and scale a high-performing sales team and repeatable land-and-expand process
- Work closely with the Board to shape commercial strategy and market positioning
What we're looking for
You've led sales at VP or Head-of level in energy tech, power markets, or related B2B SaaS. You know what it takes to navigate long cycles, procurement-heavy environments, and technically sophisticated buyers. You've closed deals that matter — not just hit quota.
