Areti are excited to be working with an award-winning UK Microsoft Partner thats growing its Dynamics 365 CE/CRM practice across the UK.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Architect to design, lead, and deliver innovative, secure, and scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a senior role where you will provide technical leadership , shape architecture decisions, and guide clients through the full project lifecycle , from presales through to delivery and handover.

This role will grow and transition into a Lead & Managerial position!

As the trusted technical authority, youll work across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing , and the wider Power Platform and Azure services , helping organisations to unlock the full value of their investment in Microsoft technologies.

How your day will look:

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
• Architect and design Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Power Platform) tailored to client needs.
• Own solution architecture across Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.
• Define and implement integrations with Azure services and third-party applications.
• Research, evaluate, and deliver AI-powered solutions using the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features.
• Build custom model-driven apps , plugins, and Power Automate flows.
• Define technical standards and lead solution/code reviews.
• Support presales activitie s, including estimating, planning, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
• Translate complex requirements into clear designs and roadmaps for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform (configuration, customisation, and development).
• Proven track record of architecting and leading large-scale D365 CE solutions .
• Skilled in designing custom business logic using plugins, workflows, and no/low-code tools.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Azure Services .
• Up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 AI features and their practical applications.
