Were seeking a talented Senior Dynamics 365 (D365) Functional Consultant, with Customer Engagement (CE) experience , to join a growing D365 practice and play a key role in delivering best-in-class Microsoft solutions.

This role will grow and transition into a Lead & Managerial position!

In this role, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform projects . Acting as a trusted advisor, youll work closely with clients across the full project lifecycle , from presales through to delivery and handover, ensuring technical excellence and business value at every stage.

How your day will look:

• Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM , Power Platform , and wider D365 solutions .
• Run workshops with clients to capture requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Provide consultancy on migrations to D365 , ensuring best practice throughout.
• Proactively advise clients on the latest Dynamics 365 and AI updates , incorporating new features into solution design.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to support user adoption and solution success.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships while mentoring junior team members.
• Support presales activities , including estimating, proposals, and Statements of Work (SoWs).

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and the wider Microsoft platform.
• Ability to provide business analysis consultancy to guide solution design and requirements capture.
• Experience leading end-to-end solutions within Dynamics 365 projects.
• Awareness of UX/UI design principles and their impact on solution adoption.
