Job Title: Security Engineer

Location: Remote (UK-Based)

Salary: Competitive + Pension, Healthcare & Travel Expenses

Job Type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Areti Group is partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech company on a mission to transform the financial services landscape. We are seeking three talented Security Engineers to strengthen their security posture as they expand their cloud-native, multi-product environment.

What Youll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain robust security measures across infrastructure and applications.
• Embed security into DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with engineering, product, and compliance teams to align security best practices with business goals.
• Support initiatives around ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other compliance frameworks.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security threats proactively.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in security engineering, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of cloud-native security (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with security tools like Snyk, Datadog, CrowdStrike, or similar.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
