What Youβll Do
π³ HANDS ON Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead and develop a team of 2β6 engineers, running 1:1s and supporting growth
π³ Influence architecture, design patterns, and tech decisions across the platform
π³ Partner with product managers to shape priorities and delivery outcomes
π³ Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and shipping new features
π³ Own the full lifecycle from concept β architecture β code β release
π³ Play a key role in hiring the next generation of engineering talent
π³ Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and engineering excellence
π³ Remain technically hands-on, especially while teams scale

π³ .NET (Framework & Core)
π³ Azure SQL + Azure Cloud
π³ Vue.js, Vanilla JS, CSS, HTML (SPA)
