You’ll own the most important stage of the customer lifecycle: transforming a signed enterprise customer into a successful launch.
You’ll guide customers through onboarding, implementation, configuration, training, and adoption — ensuring every client goes live confidently and quickly realises value from the platform.

🌳 What You’ll Own
🌳 Enterprise Customer Onboarding
You’ll lead end-to-end onboarding for global enterprise customers, including:
- Running onboarding kick-offs
- Defining launch plans, milestones, and success metrics
- Managing stakeholder communication
- Coordinating implementation and configuration activity
- Driving successful go-live delivery
- Delivering a premium onboarding experience throughout the customer journey
You’ll become the operational lead for each customer launch.
🌳 Cross-Functional Delivery
You’ll operate at the centre of the delivery engine, partnering closely with:
- Sales during customer handover
- Product & Engineering teams on technical or configuration requirements
- Operations teams ahead of launch
- Internal stakeholders improving onboarding processes and customer experience
This is a fast-moving environment where ownership and initiative are expected from day one.
🌳 Training & Adoption
You’ll help customers maximise value from the platform by:
- Delivering engaging virtual training sessions
- Supporting platform adoption and change management
- Creating onboarding documentation and enablement resources
- Helping customers embed new workflows successfully
You’ll combine operational excellence with strong client-facing communication.
🌳 Delivery Excellence

- 3–5+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or SaaS project delivery
- Experience managing enterprise or international customers

- Confidence delivering virtual training sessions
- Experience working within fast-moving SaaS or technology businesses
Experience within benefits, pensions, reward, HR tech, or global mobility environments would be highly advantageous, particularly where you’ve supported complex implementations or enterprise customers.
