Agile Delivery Manager

🔷 Agile Delivery Manager (SFIA 6) x2 — Data & Analytics — Contract

We're recruiting 2x experienced Agile Delivery Managers to join a major UK Government department's Data & Analytics directorate.

📍 Location: Newcastle initially, with flexibility to other UK sites (excluding London) thereafter

🏢 On-site: ~40% per week

✈️ Travel: Average once per fortnight

💷 Rate: £490 per day inside IR35

🔒 Clearance: BPSS

About the role:

You'll work closely with the Head of Delivery and senior stakeholders to shape and mature the delivery ecosystem across a complex Data & Analytics landscape. Key responsibilities include:

✅ Defining and implementing delivery strategy for key D&A initiatives

✅ Overseeing successful delivery across a portfolio of work

✅ Managing dependencies across multiple divisions

✅ Strengthening delivery frameworks, governance, standards and ways of working

✅ Driving greater coherence, consistency and predictability of outcomes
