This role is for someone who thinks commercially, acts analytically, and executes relentlessly.
You will own the entire buyer journeyβfrom first touch to conversion, retention, and advocacyβturning data into insight and insight into measurable revenue impact.
π― What Youβll Own
π Growth Strategy & Execution
π³ Own and scale the full digital funnel (awareness β conversion β retention β expansion)
π³ Design and execute high-impact growth experiments across email, paid, web, social & partnerships
π³ Build always-on nurture and retargeting campaigns aligned to personas and lifecycle stages
π Reporting, Data & Performance
π³ Own pipeline reporting, dashboards, and ROI visibility
π³ Analyse acquisition, engagement, and conversion performance
π³ Partner with Sales & RevOps to translate data into revenue-driving actions
π Customer Journey Optimisation
π³ Map and continuously optimise the full buyer journey
π³ Align messaging, timing, and channel strategy to real user behaviour
π³ Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Customer Success

π³ Own HubSpot as the central growth engine
π³ Build workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle models
π³ Ensure best-in-class data hygiene, attribution, and forecasting alignment
π― Nurture & Retargeting
π³ Develop high-performing nurture programmes across key audiences
π³ Execute multi-channel retargeting strategies
π³ Continuously test, iterate, and optimise messaging, creative, and cadence
π Community & Growth Loops
π³ Support and scale a high-value community of customers, prospects, and partners
π³ Drive engagement, advocacy, and long-term retention
π³ Feed insights back into campaigns, content, and product strategy
β What You Bring
π³ 5+ years in growth, digital, or lifecycle marketing
π³ Strong ownership of performance, reporting & analytics
π³ Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, CRM, workflows)
π³ Proven success running nurture & retargeting campaigns
π³ Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys and funnel optimisation
