• £40,000–£55,000 + Company Benefits

We are seeking an Appian Analyst / Consultant with 12-18 months of experience, strong client-facing ability, and excellent communication skills to join a growing digital transformation team.

In this role, you will collaborate with clients to analyse business processes, design and deliver Appian-based solutions, and play a key part in driving automation and operational efficiency. You'll be hands-on in both technical configuration and client engagement, helping organisations unlock the full potential of low-code technology.

How your day will look:

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into Appian solutions.
• Support the design, configuration, and deployment of Appian applications.
• Participate in workshops, testing, and go-live activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to support integrations and solution enhancements.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills & Experience:

• 12–18 months of hands-on Appian experience in an analyst or consultant capacity.
• Solid understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow automation.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills - confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Exposure to agile delivery environments and collaborative project teams.
