Are you a Dynamics 365 Architect who enjoys designing solutions that genuinely transform organisations, not just delivering technical implementations?
We're working with an award-winning UK Microsoft Partner that's rapidly expanding its Dynamics 365 practice across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-impact solutions while shaping the direction of a growing practice.
You'll step into a senior architecture role today, with a clear and supported path into leadership.
The Role
As a Dynamics 365 Architect, you'll act as the trusted technical authority for customers, owning solution design across the Microsoft ecosystem.
You'll architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, helping organisations streamline operations, improve processes, and unlock real business value.
This role will naturally evolve into a Lead position, giving you influence over technical standards, people, and delivery strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and leading Dynamics 365 solutions
- Owning solution architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, M365, and Azure
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams
- Designing integrations with Azure services and third-party systems
- Researching and delivering AI-powered solutions using the latest Microsoft features
- Overseeing custom development (model-driven apps, plugins, Power Automate)
- Defining technical standards and leading design/code reviews
- Supporting presales activities including estimates, architecture, and SoWs
- Translating complex requirements into clear, outcome-focused designs
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Proven experience architecting and leading enterprise-scale Dynamics solutions
- Strong knowledge of plugins, workflows, and low/no-code tooling
- Experience integrating Dynamics with external platforms using Azure services
- A passion for innovation, quality architecture, and technical leadership
- Customer Engagement experience is desirable (Sales | Customer Service | Field Service | Marketing | Project Operations)
£100,000–£110,000 package (car allowance and quarterly bonuses).
