This role supported a large-scale ERP implementation by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and readiness of business-critical data prior to and during migration. The focus was on maintaining high data quality standards across multiple source systems to enable a smooth transition to the new ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Performed comprehensive data cleansing activities across vendor and customer master data within legacy/source systems ahead of ERP migration.
Validated migrated data within the ERP platform against source system records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
Managed and reconciled vendor and customer master data, including purchase orders and associated transactional data.
Identified and resolved data discrepancies, duplicates, and quality issues in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Cleaned and standardised customer-facing project data to ensure consistency, usability, and reporting accuracy within the ERP environment.
