Technical Delivery Manager (Associate)

We're hiring someone early in their career to run enterprise software delivery alongside the founders - customer implementations, sprint coordination, requirements, UAT and go-live — at a UK SaaS company already shipping AI into production.

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 base, plus performance bonus and discretionary stock options. East Molesey, Surrey KT8, hybrid.

About Arez

Arez (a product of EarnFlex Ltd) is an enterprise SaaS platform transforming how field service, facilities management and security companies operate: reactive and planned maintenance, mobile patrols, workforce scheduling, inspections, compliance, customer portals and AI-powered automation, all from one integrated platform. Our customers range from growing service businesses to large enterprises running hundreds of engineers across thousands of sites.

The opportunity:

This is not a traditional project-management role. You'll wear multiple hats across product, delivery, technical sales, deployments and customer success, reporting directly to the founders and working daily with the engineering team and enterprise customers to turn ideas into shipped software. You'll take real ownership from day one, and as we grow there's a clear path into product, delivery and customer success leadership.

What you'll do — delivery (primary)

  • Own customer onboarding and implementation projects, from kick-off to go-live
  • Coordinate multiple software projects across engineering, QA, mobile and design
  • Monitor sprint progress, spot delivery risks early, and remove blockers before they bite
  • Attend workshops with enterprise customers, understand their workflows, and translate requirements into clear development tickets
  • Run UAT and manage sign-off, making sure acceptance criteria are clear before build starts
  • Keep customers proactively updated — at Arez, a client should never have to chase us

What you'll do — sales support (secondary)

  • Support the sales team with product demos, follow-ups and pre-sales coordination
  • Help prepare proposals, onboarding plans and client-facing materials
  • Feed customer insight back into sales and product

Essential

  • Right to work in the UK without sponsorship, and able to travel to client sites
  • Excellent spoken and written English, and confident, professional client communication
  • Strong organisation, close attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A curious mindset and genuine interest in SaaS and technology
  • 2–3 years as a business analyst, deployment manager, QA, technical support or similar — or a strong graduate ready to step up

Desirable — we'll teach you the rest

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar technical field
  • Exposure to UK facilities management, field service, M&E or security
  • Familiarity with Jira, Agile/Scrum, APIs, SQL, Postman, Figma or SaaS tools

We'd especially welcome helpdesk and contract support coordinators, compliance and PPM administrators, and CAFM system users. If you've spent two years inside a service business and thought "this software could be so much better," you already understand the hardest part of this job.

Why Arez

We sit at the front edge of applied AI — not talking about it, shipping it. While most enterprise software vendors are still writing strategy decks, we're already putting AI into production for customers running thousands of sites: intelligent scheduling, automated compliance, AI-assisted inspections, workflows that learn from how the business actually operates. You'll deliver that work alongside the founders and senior engineers, with real ownership from week one, and you'll work the way the best modern teams work, with AI in your daily toolkit rather than on a slide.

Enterprise SaaS delivery plus genuine fluency in shipping AI products is what the next decade of technology careers will be built on. This is where you start.

How to Apply:

Apply here, or send your CV to careers@arez.io with a short note answering one question: tell us about a time you took a messy, half-explained request and turned it into something a team could actually build or act on.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive team.
