About the role
- Full-cycle Account Executive role focused 100% on closing
- 70% high-intent inbound leads, 30% tech-enabled outbound generated internally
- No manual prospecting grind – pipeline is consistently strong
- Short, transactional sales cycles (typically 2–3 calls)
- Monthly quotas with accelerators – top performers regularly exceed 200% of target
- Average 5–7 deals per month in SMB; larger mid-market deals also closing
- High demo volume (20+ per week) with strong conversion opportunity
- Work closely with a senior UK-based AE who will move into a player-coach role
- Join at an inflection point as pricing and product evolve to unlock larger deal sizes
- Genuine opportunity to grow into a senior/mid-market focused AE role
About your previous experience
- 2–6+ years in B2B SaaS sales (more senior profiles also considered)
- Proven top performer – ideally ranked highly within your team
- Comfortable running high-velocity, high-volume demo environments
- Strong closer with urgency and excellent follow-up discipline
- Experience selling to revenue leaders, sales leaders, or GTM stakeholders preferred
- Background in sales tech, martech, or broader GTM tooling advantageous (not essential)
- Thrives in scrappy, high-growth environments without heavy corporate infrastructure
- Competitive, accountable, and motivated by performance visibility
Package
- Base salary up to £80,000 DOE
- Uncapped commission with strong accelerators
- Many AEs earning well above OTE due to overperformance
