About the role

  • Lead the strategy and execution for how enterprise customers adopt and embed new technology into their operational workflows
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and long-term adoption across large organisations
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define how technology fits into existing processes and project environments
  • Design structured adoption frameworks, success metrics and rollout plans for enterprise implementations
  • Translate complex operational requirements into clear workflows, processes and best practices
  • Support customers throughout the full lifecycle of implementation through to scaled adoption across teams

Your previous experience

  • 5+ years experience delivering enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation programmes or complex SaaS deployments
  • Strong experience configuring, deploying or implementing Autodesk
  • Background working with construction, infrastructure or engineering organisations
  • Proven ability to structure and deliver complex enterprise workstreams involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience leading workshops, stakeholder sessions and executive discussions
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Package

  • £70,000 – £75,000 base salary (DOE)
  • Performance-based bonus
