About the role
- Pure new business role with full ownership of the sales cycle
- Selling CX platforms and AI-led transformation solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Mix of outbound activity, SDR support and partner channels
- Running complex, multi-threaded deals with senior stakeholders across tech, operations and leadership
- Focus on high-value, strategic opportunities rather than transactional sales
- Expected to land multiple new logos annually while building a strong pipeline
Your previous experience
- Proven new business AE with a consistent track record of hitting quota, someone who loves sourcing and developing business and selling latest AI solutions
- Experience selling SaaS or AI that improves customer experience in large scale organisations
- Experience driving pipeline and closing complex deals
- Comfortable operating in multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales environments
- Commercially credible, able to articulate value at a senior level
- Driven, competitive and takes full ownership of performance
Package
- To £95,000 base salary DOE
- Uncapped commission (OTE ~110% of base)
- Hybrid – 1 day per week in Bristol office
- Strong earning potential with accelerators
