A high-growth European B2B SaaS scale-up is hiring a senior UK commercial leader to accelerate growth and take ownership of the UK sales team.

About the role

  • Senior commercial leadership role owning the UK plus European markets, based in London
  • Primary mission:
  • Scale an established UK business materially
  • Launch and accelerate two additional European markets from a low starting point
  • Full ownership of regional go-to-market execution including new business growth and existing client retention.
  • Cross-functional leadership across the revenue organisation, partnering closely with global sales, customer success, marketing and operational stakeholders
  • Act as the “launcher + scaler”: localise central strategy, build the plan, drive momentum, and propose expansion paths proactively

Your previous experience

  • Strong SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally having scaled a UK commercial function within a European / international structure
  • Proven experience launching and growing emerging markets
  • Strong cross-functional operator: able to align Sales, CSM, Marketing and Ops around shared outcomes and execution
  • Demonstrable experience building market plans: segmentation, ICP definition, pipeline strategy, hiring/structure and cadence
  • Track record delivering significant growth targets in a scale-up environment (high-growth trajectory expected)
  • Builder mindset:
  • Proactive, energetic, accountable
  • Structured problem-solver with strong commercial judgement
  • Not an “admin operator” someone who drives the agenda and raises the bar

Package

  • £125,000 base (some flex)
  • £250,000 OTE
